Exchange / Returns Policy

• We believe in providing quality merchandise at fair price to our customers.

• Exchange / Returns will be made only against a valid receipt.

• Products sourced exclusively on confirmed customer order will not be returned / exchanged.

• Warranty/Guarantee will be governed by the terms & conditions of the manufacturer with a valid receipt.

• We issue only credit note(s) against the product(s) returned.

• In case of loss of credit note(s), no duplicate will be issued.

• Delivery charges and additional charges (if any) are not refundable.

• Veekaylight reserves the right to amend terms & conditions without prior notice.

• All credit card transaction disputes have to be settled within 48 hours from the date of transaction.

• Warranty will be governed by the terms & conditions as mentioned on the Home Delivery challan.

• In the event of any dispute, the same shall be subject to Rajasthan Jurisdiction.
